Which personal information we collect and why we collect them
Orders and WooCommerce
We collect information about you during the checkout process in our store. When placing your order you enter your e-mail address, shipping- and invoice address and telephone number. In conjunction with placing your order you accept that we collect and keep your information to use in our business so that we can fulfill our agreement towards you. You have the right according to GDP to know what information we have registered about you. If it is wrong or irrelevant you can ask for it to be corrected or removed. Contact us if that is the case.
While you use our website we will track:
- Products you have shown: we use this to, for example, show you products you have recently shown
- Location information IP-address and browser type: we use this for purposes like tax calculation and shipping fee calculation
- Shipping address: we ask you to enter shipping address so that we can calculate your shipping fee before you order and of course to send you your order!
When you order from us, we ask you to enter information that includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, credit card information/other payment information and optional account information like username and password. We use this information for purposes like:
- Send you information about your account and your order

An anonymized string is created from the entered email address (also called hash-value) to be sent to the service Gravatar to verify if you are registered there. Integrity policy for the service Gravatar can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/. When your comment has been approved your profile picture will be shown together with your comment.
If you upload pictures to the website you should avoid to upload pictures with EXIF-data that includes GPS-location. Visitors to the website can download and extract all location information from pictures on the website.
When you contact us via our chat we collect the information you give us, including ip-address. The information is saved for a time for support purposes and is not shared with any third party or used for marketing.
If you leave a comment on our website you can choose to save your name, email address and website address in cookie-files. This is for your convenience so that you won’t have to enter this information the next time you comment. These cookie-files are valid for a year.
If you visit our login-page a temporary cookie will be created to verify that your browser accepts them. This cookie contains no personal information and will be destroyed if you close your browser.
